The worst occurrence of menopause usually happens during peri-menopause and in some cases may even end once the onset of menopause actually happen, or at the very least is will be less noticeable.
There are several signs of depression you will need to look for when you are in the midst of your menopause cycle of life.
* You may find you are no longer interested in things you used to do.
* You may be in a bad or sad mood for more than 2 weeks
* You may be experiencing extreme sleep problems.
* You may feel worthless and that you are not worthy
* You may have problems concentration
